Email Client Setup
Here's how to get Jetmail through your client email application.

MacBook Mail

  1. Open your Mail application on your MacBook.
  2. Select the Preferences options from the Mail pull-down menu.
  3. On the Accounts option, click on the "plus" button to add a new account. 

  4. In the Add Account dialogue, enter your Jetmail account information and click on the Continue button.

  5. You will receive an error as shown below. That is expected. Click on the Continue button.

  6. On the Incoming Mail Server dialogue, set the Account Type to IMAP, the Incoming Mail Server to imap.gmail.com and enter your complete Jetmail username and password. Click on the Continue button when finished. 

  7. On the Incoming Mail Security dialogue, click the Continue button.

  8. Update the settings on the Outgoing Mail Server dialogue as shown below. Click on the Continue button.
  9. On the Outgoing Mail Security dialogue, click on the Continue button.

  10. On the Account Summary, select the checkbox to Take the Account Online and click on the Create button.

  11. Your Jetmail Inbox should now be displayed among your MacBook Mail Inboxes.
