Are you interested in forwarding your Gmail to another account?
All students are encouraged to use their Google Apps for Education (Jetmail) account as their official Newman email. If you desire, you can forward messages from your Gmail account to another email account. Keep in mind that if you do forward your email to an external account, we can guarantee neither delivery nor receipt of your correspondence. Are you using multiple email accounts?
If you are using multiple email accounts on your computer, you may have an issue when moving between the two. Google does allow you to use multiple Gmail accounts, but you need to be aware of possible password issues. When you log into a non-Newman gmail account and select the "Keep me logged in" option, your login information is held on your local machine whether you have your browser open or not. That way when you open your browser again you won't have to log into Gmail again. That works fine on a personal machine.
